We use Model 1028 & 1030 Sun Nuclear Continuous Radon Monitors (CRM) for all our tests to ensure accurate results and detailed, easy-to-read reports. These monitors continuously measure radon levels, recording hourly averages over a 48-hour period. After completing the test, they automatically shut off, ensuring precise and reliable data.

Our Pricing
Our pricing starts at $135.00 with our Hometown Special for St. Charles and Campton Hills (60175). This includes up to three 48-hour CRM testing locations, depending on the home’s layout and foundations.
